By accessing zarcotech.com or engaging Zarco Technologies for services, you agree to the terms below.

Services

We provide web development, SEO, e-commerce, UI/UX design and related digital services. Scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for each engagement are confirmed in a written proposal.

Payments

Projects typically require a 50% advance to begin work, with the balance due before final delivery or go-live. Recurring services (SEO, maintenance) are billed monthly in advance.

Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional changes beyond agreed scope are billed at our standard hourly rate.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you. We retain rights to our underlying frameworks, tools and the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary information shared during the engagement confidential.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Islamabad.
